Rush Order Agreement

Rush orders are not returnable. IMS shall bear no responsibility for technical problems that may occur with equipment after delivery. In case of equipment failure due to transportation during shipping or to manufacturer's defect, IMS will replace or repair equipment if item is returned within 15 days of purchase. The viewed Instructional Video, batteries and silicone gel are non-returnable or refundable. A non-refundable rush fee of $50 and a $15 fee for processing will be applied for rush processing and handling. Only ® shipping is used for rush delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes and duties. At IMS discretion and approval, refunds will be sent within 30 days after receiving and considering return. A restocking fee may be applied. All refunds will be reimbursed by IMS check only.
