INTERNATIONAL POLICY AND WARRANTY AGREEMENT

International Shipping and Sales Policy IMS accepts MC/VISA payments only. A $15 processing fee will be applied to all International orders request. IMS uses FedEx Express Air Waybill. Customer recipient is responsible for International charges and fees regarding transportation shipping, duties and taxes and agrees to adhere to all export administration regulations. Any other shipping fees IMS occurs will be charged to customer via credit card. If items sold to customer are shipped within the USA , the recipient will be charged accordingly using FedEx USA Air bill. If recipient takes IMS purchased items overseas, the customer agrees to follow export administration regulations and relinquishes this company from any further obligations and responsibilities.

Items are not returnable or refundable. IMS shall bear no responsibility for technical problems that may occur with equipment after delivery.

Instant Memory Systems' transmitters and receivers carry a three-month warranty for parts and labor for repairs due to defects in material or workmanship. Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications are not covered by warranty. IMS is not liable for consequential damages arising out of failure of equipment to perform as intended. Items such as batteries, cables, and viewed instructional video are not covered under warranty. If any object other than the IMS custom batteries are inserted into the wireless ear receiver, warranty is voided. If warranty is applied, IMS will absorb repair cost; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping and duty fees. The Olympus recorder, Digital recorder and Vanguard cases warrantee their own equipment. Retain your IMS receipt, equipment box and separate warranty information for any repair claims. IMS bears no responsibility for those items.
