Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and/or unauthorized modifications are not covered by warranty. IMS is not liable for consequential damages arising out of failure of equipment to perform as intended. Items such as batteries, cables, and viewed instructional videos are not returnable. If any object other than the IMS custom batteries are inserted into the wireless ear receiver, warranty is voided. The Olympus recorder and Vanguard cases warrantee their own equipment. Retain your IMS receipt, equipment box and separate warranty information for any repair claims. IMS bears no responsibility for those items. Seller reserves the right to charge or apply restocking fees upon such returns depending upon the condition of the returned equipment.
